This week's going to be pretty light on the cooking...woohoo! That makes me happy too. It's just all happy, all the time...well, okay, maybe not, but it sounds good and it's close to true. :)
Here's what we'll be munching on this week:
Sunday dinner: Chicken fajitas, rice and beans (okay, yes, I'm cheating, this technically was last night's dinner, but I wanted to include it here and it is F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S! Try it!!)
Monday (piano, scouts): Buttermilk Roast Chicken, baked sweet potatoes w/nutmeg butter, steamed cauliflower, autumn salad
Tuesday (dance): Chicken wraps w/maple mustard or Chick-fil-a sauce and crispy chicken strips, apple slices
Wednesday (eye doctor appts for J&J): Ground beef and noodles, green beans OR Mellow Mushroom pizza as we'll be "in the neighborhood". Budget will decide me thinks.
Thursday (drama class): our for a date? or Ina Garten's mussel bisque w/baguette. Decisions, decisions.
Yes, that's only a partial meal plan. We still don't know what we're doing next weekend. We might do a theme park, we might do a children's museum. We might do a movie. We might do a pumpkin patch. We might do a little of this, a bit of that. Whatever we do, I'm betting it's going to be pretty fabulous.
